First you need to go, standing in an upright position, towards the Qibla, ie in the direction of Mecca. We must keep feet and toes, they also face the direction of Mecca. Then express the intention to perform the prayer of that time (ie the prayer of Fajr, the Dohr, etc), whether
mandatory (Fard) or supererogation (Nafilah). This means, for example for the prayer dell'Asr, which is obligatory, to express the intention in your heart to pray the obligatory prayer of the 'Asr. Piùspecificatamente you could say in his heart for example: "With the intention to pray the obligatory prayer of the 'Asr.
pos01
The prayer begins with Takbir, ie bring your hands close to his head, palms open and facing forward, uttering the formula ‫ الله اكبر ‬ Allahu akbar (God is greatest) pos02
Place both hands above the navel, right above the left and recite the first Sura of the Koran, Al-Fatiha. In the end, say "Amin". pos03
1. In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
2. Praise [belongs] to Allah, Lord of the Worlds,
3. the Compassionate, the Merciful,
4. King of the Day of Reckoning.
5. Thee do we worship and Thee we ask for help.
6. Guide us the straight path, the path of those who have full of grace, not of those who [have incurred] in [Your] anger, nor the astray.
al-fatiha
Then recite another Surah of your choice, for example, 112 ° (Al-Ikhlas, purity). pos03
n name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful.
1 - Say: 'He is Allah One, 2 - Allah is the Absolute. 3 - It has generated, has not been generated. 4 - And no one
unto Him.
Ikhlas
Concluded the recitation of the Koran. Then he says: Allahu Akbar الله اكبر
Following this, bend the trunk resting his hands on his knees, legs and torso remains straight with them, forming an angle of 90 degrees, shoulders and head to the same height. Hands, as that post on his knee, will have their fingers slightly apart. Location and assumes ruku call 'and recite the following invocation:

Subhana rabbiya al-'Azem, ‫ ‬ ‫ سبحان ر بي العظيم ‬
Glory be to Thee, O my Lord (3 times or more)

pos04
Returning to the upright (Qiyama) is recited: Sami 'Allahu liman hamidah (Allah hears those who praise him) once in a standing position it says Rabbani wa laka l-hamd
(O our Lord, Thine is the praise).
pos01
Then it says:

Allahu Akbar لله اكبر ‬
Then he goes into prostration and placed their hands and faces (sugiûd), and one is a moment stopped, repeating three times the formula:

Rabies Subhana ‫ ا l-'a ^ la, (Glory to my Lord, the Most High)

pos06
Saying "Allahu akbar", "‫ الله اكبر ‬" gets up and then we begin to sit on his heels and remained a moment motionless, repeating three times the
formula
Rabbi ghfirli
O my Lord, forgive me
pos07
After this, run another Sajda same way with "Allahu Akbar", "‫ الله اكبر ‬" spoken before you begin with "l-rabbiya Subhana'ala." three times during the Sujud.
Aquesta Raka'ah the first point is over, the Second rak'ah starts saying "Allahu akbar", "‫ الله اكبر ‬" gets up and puts us in a standing position, resuming the cycle seen for the first rak'ah,
pos06
Second raka'a is equal to the first but at the end of the second rise instead Sujud Now we sit on your heels, kneeling, and reciting ilTashahhud:
Lil Attahiyat u-llah wa wa as-salawâtu at-taiyibât. As-Salamu 'alaika ayyuha-n-nabiyyu llah wa rahmat-Allah i wa barakatuh. As-Salamu 'Alaina wa' ala 'llah Ibadi-s-salihìn. Ashhadu anna la ilaha ill'Allahu wa ash-shadu anna Muhammadan 'âbduhu wa rasuluh.
Each of our worship, our every prayer, all our good
only for Allah. Peace, mercy and blessings of Allah
be upon you, O Prophet. Peace be on us and on the devout
servants of Allah. I witness that there is no God but
Allah and I testify that Muhammad is His Servant and His
Messenger.
As he recites the Tashahud you keep your hands resting on
knees and gets only the index finger of his right hand, which
be moved from 'top to bottom. Reciting the Tashahud you get to pronounce the Shahada:
"Ashhadu an la ilaha ill'Allahu wa ash-shadu anna Muhammadan 'wa âbduhu Rasulu"
(I testify that there is no God but Allah and I testify that Muhammad is His slave and His Messenger).
pos08
While it is pronounced, it stops the movement of the index of the right hand and extends, as shown in the figure below. pos08_2
At this point you have completed your tashahud, and if we are doing an hour of two raka'at as salatu-l-Fajr (dawn prayer), continue acting, "As salatu Ibrahim" (the prayer of Abraham ).
"Allahumma Salli 'ala Muhâmmadin wa' ala ali Muhâmmadin,
kama Salle 'ala Ibrahim, wa' ala ali Ibrahim, innaka Hamidun
Majid. Allahumma barik 'ala Muhâmmadin wa' ala ali Muhâmmadin, kama barakta 'ala Ibrahim, wa' ala ali Ibrahim, Majid innaka Hamidun.
"O Allah, send your mercy and your blessings upon Muhammad and the descendants of Muhammad as you sent Your mercy and Your blessings on Abraham and the descendants of Abraham. O Allah, send your blessings on Muhammad and on
descendants of Muhammad as you sent Your blessings on
Abraham and the descendants of Abraham. You are Worthy of Praise, the most glorious "
pos08
But if the prayer should have three raka'at as salatu-l-Maghreb (sunset prayer) or four raka'at as salatu-z-Zuhur, salatu-l-asr and isha salatu-l-(respectively The noon prayer, the afternoon and one night), then at the end of last rak'ah (hence, according to the prayer that is taking place in the third or fourth rak'ah) ilTashahhud is recited. Instead of getting up, the person praying is sitting on her ankles, always with the tip of his right foot resting on the ground and with the burden that weighs on the left, and then reciting the tashahud salatu Ibrahimi, moving his finger in the way already indicated above
When the required number of raka'at for a particular prayer was completed, finally turned his face to the right, and recited:
As-salamu 'alaykhum ua rahmatul-L-Lahi.
Peace be upon you and Mercy of Allah.
pos09
Repeat the same thing to the left.
As-salamu 'alaykhum ua rahmatul-L-Lahi. Peace be upon you and
Mercy of Allah.
pos10
At this point you have completed the prayer
